Dattatray Gosavi,
He has thirteen years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in steel structures, repair and retrofitting of old structures, lifting analysis and jacking schemes, helipad structures, high rise RCC structures, telecom towers, substation structures, wind and solar structures, and drainage system design. He was responsible for Design, Drawings Check, and managing the engineering team during his professional career. He was also in charge of preparing and checking shop drawings for various steel structures. He worked as a Senior Design Engineer in Ramboll India Pvt Ltd, and his understanding of steel structure behavior is impressive. He also worked as an Engineering Head at various top companies. He also has deep expertise & knowledge of various codes IS Codes, EUROCODE, ANSI TIA F& G, AISI, AISC, BS, ASCE, ACI, BS-EN & TCNV.

Akhil Garg,
Business Development Head(B.Tech in Civil Engineering, M.Tech in Structural Engineering - IIT Bombay).
Akhil Garg completed his bachelor’s in civil engineering with a Masters in Structural Engineering from IIT Bombay in 2015. After that, he gained experience in Structural Design of Steel Structures, with a specialization in Industrial Structures.
He also did a research project at IIT Kanpur about Earthquake Simulations in Multi Story Buildings. Later on, he did his MBA from HEC Paris and worked in different countries like France, Singapore, Belgium, Philippines, etc. Currently he is working as a Business Development Head at DG Design and Construction.
Ratandeep Kasabe,
(M.Tech Transportation Engineering- NIT Warangal).
He has done his post graduation from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He is having a professional experience of 9 years. He is having vast experience in the field of Pavement Design, Traffic Analysis, Detailed Project Reports, Estimation, Design Reviews of National Highways, State highways, Major District Roads. In the professional career, He was responsible for Planning, Designing, executing number of road projects. He was also responsible for preparation of Pavement Design Reports, Traffic Analysis, Geometric Design of Roads, Cost Estimates, and preparation of Detailed Project Reports for National Highways, State Highways and Major District Roads.
Prashant Guda,
(M.Tech Geotechnical Engineering –IIT Hyderabad).
He has done his post graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. He is having a professional experience of 9 year. He is a good experience in quality control of pavements, Design of Flexible Pavements, Foundation Design, Retaining Walls and Ground Improvement Techniques.
In his professional career, he was responsible for carrying out consultancy work for IRB and Railway Department. He is capable of doing all the tests related to soil in the site as well as in the lab.
